Hi everybody. It has been quiet lately, but many silent updates have been deployed throughout the platform. New features are incoming now that the maintenance is over.
The Live Bracket has been fixed for NFL and NCAA Football.

A major bug caused data source to de-synchronize causing many issues with logos, audio and videos not populating, or even teams being tangled between different leagues, like Ole Misse VS Miami Dolphins (the matchup we all wanted to see). Audio tracks, data accuracy has been recovered for North American leagues. An in-depth review will be done for the entirety of the supported leagues soon.
1st Down, 3rd Down and Powerplay will not trigger anymore if you have Disable Automations enabled.
When triggering a 1st Down, 3rd Down or Powerplay manually using buttons, ConnectedRoom will lock the respecting trigger for the next 2 minutes to prevent double-triggering from the data feed.
ConnectedRoom OS can now pair to a Bluetooth speaker to be used for audio. ConnectedRoom OS will soon have a landing page with guides on how to download, format and install. It will have a public release next week.
When linking a Scroll to your account, you will automatically receive a free year of subscription. A new licensing system is now in-place. Same system will be able to be used for upcoming future ConnectedRoom products.
We also improved the customer experience, with automated tracking numbers, updates and guides.
Fantasy has been running badly, but major improvements have been done to ensure adequate syncing. Due to high volume and thousands of leagues being synced, it became evident that a partnership needs to be done to ensure this feature to be working correctly.
ESPN, Sleeper and Yahoo Sports should all be stable for now, until volume becomes too high again.
When upgrading the infrastructure, some of the integrations disconnected, especially Sonos, Yahoo Fantasy and GE Cync.
If you are facing these issues, you can navigate to Integrations β Connect. Once it tells you it is connected, it is not. Click disconnect and re-connect your integration in order to re-establish the syncing.
A bug with sequential mode has been fixed to prevent looping cards and incredibly annoying black space / void being created. ConnectedRoom Scroll aims to be scrolling 24/7 with no black space or void. If you find that void is being displayed, let me know; the goal is to have 0 black space or void during the scrolling process. This is a priority to make it scroll endlessly without void.
A bug has been fixed to improve this issue. Improvement will continuously be done.
The frontend of Scoreboards has been completely segmented and optimized to be modular. With the continuous growth of features, the frontend assets had reach some limits for some brands of smart TVs and other less-powerful devices, causing scoreboards to blackout on these devices.
Modularization of all the frontend will mostly fix these issues. If you still have issues with getting a black screen while attempting to create a scoreboard on some of these devices, let me know.
Field goals has been delayed even more. Due to our partnership with a data provider, speed is always improving for all leagues. This caused side effects of Field Goals being way too quick. We delayed field goals on purpose by 10 seconds to even them out with the touchdowns.
Hockey data accuracy and triggering speed have been improved by 2 seconds. We are now reaching the expected pre-broadcast speed we always hoped for. You may need to re-adjust your delay slightly due to triggering speed becoming faster and faster.
You now have the ability to disable the bottom scrolling banner of the Scroll to go full screen.
Scroll shipping dates are now dynamic on the site. If you plan to purchase one, feel free to consult the delivery schedule on the site: https://connectedroom.io/scroll
Now that all these are fixed, features will start coming quickly. There are about 5 major features coming by March.
