Major update of August 15, 2026
Hi everybody, this update brings a lot of changes on how ConnectedRoom works behind the scene, as well as a entirely rebuilt Sports Data Platform.
New leagues: 200+ new leagues
Part of the massive platform update allowed us to add 200+ new leagues. In order to facilitate navigation, we grouped each league by sports & regions.
We also added a search bar for leagues and teams.
Player Tracker
Our new data backend not only allowed us to gather more data, but also gave us many more ways of using it.
Historical data & projections are now possible, so Player Tracker will receive many updates, as well as new screens will be developed with ease.
Fantasy Tracker
While developing the new Player Tracker screen, we decided it would be a good idea to merge the Fantasy Tracker and Player Tracker together.
The Fantasy Tracker also got updated, and more features will be added for it as well in the upcoming weeks.
Cycling Scoreboard: Ability to cycle between scoreboard types
A new Scoreboard mode has been added allowing you to cycle between scoreboard types on a single screen.
In the Cycling Mode, you have the ability to add multiple slides. Each slide can be set to a different Scoreboard type and have a different duration in seconds.
Baseball: 35% faster (with one caveat - for now)
We have switched data providers for baseball, and it is now 35% faster. It comes with one caveat:
Now that the speed is fast, runs are getting triggered before it can be detected as a homerun, so every score is now triggered as a run.
We understand that homerun triggers are very important, so a new Baseball mode is in development for next update: Accurate mode.

A run is detected, but nothing triggers yet
ConnectedRoom will wait and take its time to detect whether it is an homerun or a run
Accurate, but slower
Fast mode (currently enabled)
A run is detected, it triggers immediately
ConnectedRoom does not wait for the run type to arrive, therefore Run actions are triggered no matter what.
Very fast, 35% faster than before, but only one trigger is possible.
Losing the distinction of scoring type in exchange of speed.
Baseball: Full Statistics Support
The new provider switch now allows to have access to historical data as well as very fast real-time player statistics.
Baseball is now supported in the Player Tracker and in Scroll Single Game Mode.
UFC: Data Provider Switch
UFC also has a new data provider making it 15% faster.
There are about 12 bugs that have been fixed and more quality of life updates are coming for it.
Motorsports
New data provider for motorsports making NASCAR 15% faster, adding support for IndyCar and bringing F1 back.
Football: Actionview Fresher Look
With the football preseason starting, it was time to upgrade the football Actionview to a fresher look.
