1st and 3rd down not triggering

Sorry if I missed something, but since the change to the 1st and 3rd down animations, I can’t get them to trigger any more. I too want them just to trigger for my team instead of every 1st and 3rd down in the game, but I’ve tried making an action specific for my team, setting the custom animation in the action, and I guess I’m not finding how to enable this. When I test with the button I get the normal successful message, but nothing happens. Do you have a guide or blog that steps through this setup?

    So, I am using multi-screen on my projector to show the team logos and scoreboard. I reset it back to a single screen and tested the buttons, and I am getting 1st down animation. The 3rd down button works as well, but is of the opposing team. I set my multiscreen back up and I’m still getting animations. I’ll let you know how the live game goes. If there’s something I need to do just to have the 1st and 3rd downs trigger just for my team, help there would be appreciated.

    I did just try adding 1st and 3rd down to my touchdown action, and when I hit the 1st down button, my lights flash and sound is played, but the 1st down animation isn’t.

      Everything is working here.

      Here are the steps to do to try to resolve it:

      1. Make sure the animations are enabled on your screen

      2. Refresh the scoreboard browser if it still does not work
