1st and 3rd down not triggering

Sorry if I missed something, but since the change to the 1st and 3rd down animations, I can’t get them to trigger any more. I too want them just to trigger for my team instead of every 1st and 3rd down in the game, but I’ve tried making an action specific for my team, setting the custom animation in the action, and I guess I’m not finding how to enable this. When I test with the button I get the normal successful message, but nothing happens. Do you have a guide or blog that steps through this setup?
