Ability to trigger things on screens with Actions even without the Premium Video Addon

Videos can be played using Actions when being subscribed to the Premium Video Addon, allowing to do stuff like Game Start Intro videos and other things in the like. But when not having this addon, you cannot display anything on the screens using Custom Buttons and automated triggers like Game Start and End.

Adding the ability to trigger standard animations with custom text and custom logo would fix that.
