Capture Not Working

I have just upgraded to the capture for connected room for the Toronto Maple Leafs. However, it seems as if the site is still using the live data vs my capture. Meaning, the capture, even though I’m clicking the option on the site, shows up as being captured, but yet nothing is being tracked. Would love to get this fixed before tonight’s game, spent a lot of money on it haha.

    Hi,

    We can easily fix that.

    For the Capture to be used instead of Live Data, you can go to Settings, and check “Disable Automations”

    Then, all you really need to do is to set the delay using the delay system as usual.

    Automatic delay adjustment through Capture is in development.

    You may also use Custom Games instead of syncing with the Actual Game, but you lose Scorer Cards and Announcers by doing that.

    Can you tell me how you tested it? And what was the deciding factor that it was not working?

      Thanks for the quick reply! So I get the first part. However, last game I tried to use the custom game setting but it was going haywire. For example, the game was the leafs and the habs but the capture would track it as the rangers and the lightning with a score of 74-20 with the home and away sides switching on the scoreboards every two seconds. Maybe it was because I didn’t have the disable automation thing like you said? I tested the capture using a YouTube highlight of the leafs and it would track the clock and score no problem, but again it had a problem tracking the teams, still for some reason always changing the leafs to the rangers. I tried to use it as normal last game and it wasn’t working, but again I didn’t have the disable automation setting off so maybe that was the issue. However, I then tried to use the custom game like I said, and you know the rest. Also, meanly question is if, even though I disable automation, do I need the delay for the actual score clock? Thanks for the help!
