Generate Animations for Every Team

I’ve tried basketball and football, regardless of which animation I select (noticed specifically for college teams but there may be others) particularly for 1st Down/3rd Down and Basket, the only animation I see is the pulsing logo with the text going horizontally despite other animations being available (in video files under teams). New, so possibly I’m doing something wrong but don’t know what else to try.
