Credit for current game lost

I had one credit left for the current game (Bears/Packers) and it shows 0 credits now and will not display anything for the current game and triggers aren’t working. The log says it used a credit for the game. It worked for a little bit at the beginning of the game and now nothing. It is currently halftime and I have been very disappointed with the way this paid service has worked intermittently all season.
