Custom logos not displaying

I uploaded a custom logo for an NFL team (Rams). It displayed before the update but now the old version of the logo is displaying. They made a small tweak to the logo this year getting rid of the gradient and making the logo one solid color. The old logo with the wihte LA and the gradient horn is displaying. I uploaded the “ram head” logo and it shows in the app but not on my scoreboard.
