Inconsistent Player Cards After Team Scores

Feature Request

Noticed the following behavior, the last couple of times I’ve used the platform. Player cards are enabled for various screens, but I have noticed that they have been inconsistent when displayed. Sometimes they come up after my team scores, and there is follow-up announcer audio, and sometimes there is not. Sometimes they are not even triggered at all for the entire game, even after team scores. I did try to resave all my screens with my desired options just incase but still seeing the same behavior.

    A patch has been deployed for tonight’s games.

      Just an update, while watching the Ducks vs Kraken game no player cards after Ducks scores and the audio that I have playing after goals is no longer working either when triggered via physical button.

        This seems like an issue on your end now. These symptoms are not normal and it would have generated way more customer support requests.

        I will contact you tomorrow for troubleshooting

          Ok, strange, switched to another device and went into test mode and everything is working as it should be now. Player cards working fine on all my screens and I can hear the audio. Strange… There is one more visual issue I noticed though and will create another ticket so you can take a look at a picture I took.
