Issue with Sonoff Button integration

Im having issues with the Sonoff button integration today, when I press the button nothing gets triggered. The button does have battery and worked fine on Monday for the Edmonton and Anaheim game. If I press the action button from the web app then my actions do work fine. Is this a result of the outage or recent upgrades?

    Hi Greg,

    Ewelink integration license got renewed this week.

    You need to disconnect the integration and reconnect it.

    1. Go to Integrations

    2. Disconnect Ewelink

    3. Reconnect Ewelink

    It will generate a new token under the one year license we renewed.

    Let me know if it resolves it.

      Hello Guillaume, thank you for the steps. I just ran through those, and it looks like it’s still not working for me. I see the clicks happening in the eLink app, but nothing is happening with my Connected Room actions. The app buttons are working to trigger actions.

        I restarted the ewelink integration module. Can you let me know if it works?
