LIFX Last State Reset Failing

During an NHL game, the action for goal is to trigger the multiple colors>flash effect and then reset to last state (previous solid color). When this action is triggered, the lights inconsistently reset, sometimes failing to reset back to last state. Other actions, such as Period End, Game Start, etc… have consistently worked with the Reset to last state action.
