Player Cards After NHL Goals do Not come Up on My Screens Anymore

Not sure if it’s just me or an overall system issue but I haven’t seen player cards after NHL goals (Anaheim Ducks) for weeks in my setup. Even today’s playoff games nothing has come up just the radio announcer announcing the goals. They are enabled for each of my screens. Appreciate any help or troubleshooting steps I can try.

      Hello wanted to ping again about this. I spent some time deleting all my existing screens and setting up brand new ones for the MLB game (Orioles vs Dodgers). For about the first inning, the player cards of the batters would appear on all my screens for both teams. It’s the bottom of the 3rd inning as I’m writing this, and all the player cards stopped showing up for either team. Home or Visitor is not showing player cards as batters come up. Can you guys take a look whenever you have a moment?

        What browser are you using for Scoreboards?

        If using Safari, stop right there. Only supported browser is Chrome, we do not test on Safari

        We test on Firefox, Chrome and Edge

          I do not use Safari or Mac for Connected Room; all my screens are set up on Windows 11 computers using the browsers you mentioned above.
