Sports ticker tv wrap isn’t making any sound

I turned on my computer to the sports sticker tv wrap and it wasn’t making any sound, this is the 3rd problem i’ve had this month.

    Hi,

    What sound are you expecting it to make specifically?

    What setup are you using for it?

    This is extremely specific to your setup and I am pretty convinced this is related to your configuration.

    And about the 3rd problem you have, did you contact us about the other 2?

      i’m trying to get the sound from my streaming device. i am using the setup from the setups page on the connectedroom website. Yes, I have contacted you guys about the other 2.

        Lets troubleshoot:

        1. Is the sound coming from the audio extractor?

          Or do you use the audio directly from HDMI to the capture card?

        1. Are you using ConnectedRoom OS or are you using a Chrome browser?

            In ConnectedRoom app, switch the Audio Channels from Stereo to mono, and hit save

            Then switch it back to Stereo, and hit save:

              It’s fixed now, it was just a browser issue most likely. Sorry for the long wait
