new to connectedroom and trying to set it all up. seems like the timing of the whole thing is off. my tv and stream is ahead of the time connected room has… any help or advice?
You can use the Delay System by going to Settings.
Can you tell me:
What league?
What game?
Where do you watch.

Was it triggering late or too early?
It’s been triggering great all night for me here during preseason. About 5 seconds after the goal during the replay.

it was triggering 15 seconds late, but i’m brand new and still trying to figure everything out.

Does Xfinity have the ability to pause?
If so, you can go to Settings in the app and then click Edit Delay.
It should allow you to know how long to pause your stream.
This delay can be caused by many factors, the main one being that your stream is very fast, and the other one could depend on the data provider in place during each game.
During preseason, it is possible that some resources are unavailable like some of the live stats for example.
Pausing your stream should not be necessary at all time, but can be a solution if it keeps happening.
Other solutions are buttons, and ConnectedRoom Capture.
