Video/audio lag on portrait scoreboards.

I have two Fire TVs i use in portrait mode for my scoreboards. The video animations lag and stutter, trigger later than other actions (lights/audio), and once they do trigger it makes the audio lag and stutter. If I put them in landscape mode there is no issue, so its only portrait mode that has problems.

Fire TV is not recommended in portrait.

Mini PCs are the only viable option for Portrait screen.

No support is offered for Fire TV in portrait due to Amazon ruining the experience for customers using them as digital signage, which ConnectedRoom scoreboards are.

  They are pushing their Amazon Digital Signage Stick.
  They want companies to offer their Digital Signage app on their platforms instead.
  It makes no sense in ConnectedRoom context since 90% of our users are not businesses.
  We are working on the ConnectedRoom TV Stick for individual TVs and preformatted ConnectedRoom Boxes for multiple hdmi outputs.
  Expected to launch this summer with about 3 products at launch

  Sounds awesome. I'd switch to landscape mode but I don't have room to turn my scoreboards. Bummer its out of your control. Enjoying the custom logos and color palettes update though!
